About the Project
Full-featured classifieds marketplace similar to OLX, built with three applications: the main Angular SSR site (public + user dashboard), a super-admin panel for listing moderation, and a NestJS API. Users create, edit, pause, activate, and delete ads with no fees or subscriptions. The platform features real-time buyer-seller messaging via Socket.io and Redis, social interactions (likes, shares, favorites, counter-offers), infinite scroll pagination, and image sliders on listing detail pages. Promotion is algorithmic — listings with more engagement (likes, shares) rank higher in search results. Listing creation is AI-assisted using Google Genkit and Gemini models for automatic categorization, profanity filtering, and image nudity detection. Built with modern Angular patterns: signals, signal-based forms, deferrable component rendering, and NgRx Signal State for reactive state management. The admin panel includes a blog CMS and full listing moderation capabilities.
